SmartBuild 1-88 Release Notes

New Features

  • Loft Input

    • In the 2D mode, in addition to the existing Doors and Windows and Interior Walls, there is now a Lofts tab to define and input floor panels

  • Ceilings on porches

    • For all attached buildings (Porch, Lean to, Awning, Attached Building) there are now settings to input and define ceilings

  • Adjust slider door panels or rough opening size

    • Under Slider Door Panel Trim settings, there are now options to input Side and Top margins for either the slider panel or the rough opening itself

  • Wainscot and color defaults for custom slider doors

    • A new Door and Window group called Slider Door Panel Sheathing contains inputs to include (or not) wainscot or set a color (or match Trim, Wall etc. color) as defaults on Slider Doors

  • Ability to turn “doormat” labels off in 3D

    • In the Landscape Settings, the 3-d model labels (Front, Left, Back, Right) can be turned off and on which will be reflected in drawings of the 3-d model (Elevations and Print outs)

    • The browser will remember the last state of these settings per user

  • Option to output a document template as a PDF

    • A Document Template can now be set to output directly as a PDF

  • Option to maximize the Details page for quick print of full page

  • Permissions to allow EModeler visitors to access and use 2d to input openings, interior walls and lofts

  • Bug Fix– Upper Sheathing gets removed when Wall sheathing is set to ‘None’

  • Bug Fix– Sheathing panel for side wall is 6” taller

  • Bug Fix-Problem with Group Addons when you have package items in another category.

  • Bug Fix– ‘Auto’ on Cross Section when quoted

  • Bug Fix– Can not edit specific Assembly Entries

  • Bug Fix– Sliding door colors when sill height is greater than zero

  • Bug Fix– Upload Pricing without Tax column zeroes it out

  • Bug Fix– Trough 3 Ply adds extra ply

  • Bug Fix- Sliding door colors when sill height is greater than zero
